I like this approach. I also like the PDF file format instead of HTML or
other format.

I think the FAQ should include any question which would reasonably arise
when someone first starts to use Jaybird, assuming the person is already
familiar with Firebird.

Here is a question I think should be added: How do I make use of log4j in
using Jaybird? (Need examples)
