I can't tell what you are asking for. Are you moving a Delphi/SQLServer
app to jvav/Firebird? If so you may wish to look into solutions that are
at a higher level than jdbc such as jdo and ejbs.
tjdo supports firebird
Ejbs can be fairly easy to develop using tools such as xdoclet and uml2ejb
and middlegen.
Firebird seems to work well with the JBoss application server
If you need to learn jdbc, there are plenty of books and web resources.
