Hello Roman

I don't work on the precision bug because I think we can't solve it without some modification in firebird API.

In the devel list, there is a recent message about the precision in SQLVAR that dbExpress needs, and I send a message that we
also need it.

About the char column length if we know the maximum number of bytes for a character set, and which character set is used in a
column we can calculate the column length.
