Hello Roman

I have three issues
- Fix encodeTime/decodeTime for jdk1.4.
- Fix maxRows in cachedFetcher, now it does not work, I broke it.
- Add check for getField without next (the problem you discover some days ago).

I think I can solve all before Friday.
