It is very possibly related with isc_tpb_consistency mode if it is
used.

To Rashid:
Try using TRANSACTION_REPEATABLE_READ isolation mode if you are using
TRANSACTION_SERIALIZABLE... Is problem persists ?

There is another error in the core which can cause such message (I
expect to fix it soon), but I'm pretty sure it is not this case.
