Hi,

1. I would really appreciate it if you would consider working with the
version in cvs at sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=9028. The project is
client-java. This is the version I am working with, it uses exceptions
rather than error codes, has made the responses into an object, etc.

2. I also have noticed that most of the handles coming back from this code
are 0. I am very curious about why, although the code seems to be able to
distinguish between the different objects referenced anyway. If you can
figure out what is going on, especially with the transaction ids, I would
be very grateful.

3. It is not clear to me if you solved your original problem. Can you now
connect or create databases?
