I have no idea what is available through Borland at the moment, however
(bugfixed for 20) sourcecode for InterServer is available at firebird. This
is IPL licensed. There is an ant build script that builds both interclient
and interserver for me on rh linux 7.1: (in the firebird directory):
enhancements to make it work on other platforms would be most welcome.
(right now it needs gcc for interserver)
If you want to be really ambitious and contribute a built version, that
would be even better.
The borland make files are there too.
