Can we see the MSSQL version too? This seems too slow to me....I'd like to compare them side by side.

I wonder which part of the project makes it slow...low upload speeds, wrong queries or the interface itself...or maybe their combination? 
YSlow gives only 67 points for the interface. 

Did you use any RAD equipment or other framework for creating this?

I'm interested because we're going to start a new webapp project soon and want to know which is the better way...to use 
1. our own framework (very fast but not so versatile) 
or 
2. a RAD tool (don't know about generated code's speed but rich in components)
