Strange - I didn't think I was running 2.1 on the test machines that long ago,
but thanks for the clarification! I'll add a note that the test fixes apply to
V2.1 and earlier FB installations may fail. I don't think it's worth adding a
check for database version ...

I'm hoping to hear some sound later today ;)
