Well

10 years later they have at least a graphical interface, I used to use
just code to create it by hand :)

BTW, if SQL Server 6.5 has it, Sybase has it too, since they are exactly
the same codebase, well.... not exactly, MS remove all the support to
run on anything but Windows NT :)
