The upper case 'B' doesn't matter. At least in US law, trademarks
are valid in a specific area of commerce. We did convince the Mozilla
people not to call their browser Firebird, but I'm not sure a twitter
app is likely to be confused with a relational database. Somebody
might ask Knick Apps if they would consider choosing a name that's not
already in use for software.
