Yap, that's the idea. Don't get me wrong, if I had the time *now* I'd
jump right in (I'm already fried for the time I spent here already).

The idea of finding "new" faces also appeals to me. As it turns out,
your biggest challenge will be to persuade the veterans, a well
rewarded effort, if I may :)
