Bad example, the market for Wikipedia is very very different and
the number of potential writers is much bigger. (also given the
many different subjects). Wikipedia and "your wiki" aren't comparable
at all.

Without 1 guy/gal (or a small group of people) starting the project
and trying to get it going and -keep- it going, the wiki isn't going
anywhere. Period.
