Really strange analogy...

Ferrari's are expensive, not commonly owned / used, High performance
but lowish specification (i.e. bells and whistles).

Then he says they need more / better performance ??? So hes saying they
they are like a Ferrari but without the performance?

I just don't get it. I think thats about the strangest thing.
