With a wiki you get 'push' automatically because the changelog looks
more/less like a mailinglist archive. And with a good engine you let
people "watch" (i.e. being sent email to) only the topics they're
interested in to, just like the bug tracker does now. With the amount
of traffic the lists have, this kind of filtering is a must.
