I think there is a chicken-egg problem here, firebirdnews is just known
to people already using FB, the newsletter must be subscribed by someone
that would probably be using FB.

I think nothing changes.. how to send the newsletter to people not using
FB ? SPAM ? :)

Perhaps a way to subscribe to firebirdnews in a form of mewsletter would
be enough, for those who are lazy to type the web address :)
