I use Crystal (an old version)

I have looked on the new Crystal Server XI and it looks like pretty
interesting, but it is a bit expensive (don't remember de exaclty price)
but I think something atroun USD7500 for 5 users (price in Brazil). If
you really think the investment is worth, you could put a win machine on
the same lan segment for it. it has a pretty web interface for
management and monitoring.

Another option taht I had a brief look was Pentaho, it's based on Java
not PHP but looks interesting, but I have trouble to make a better test
of this product because I lack on java/java enverioment expertise.
