but which license apply to this doc set ?
how can we do the translation ?
of course such work always put again the documentation problem on the table
perhaps it will lead us to have two kinds of technology for our doc
a solution like yours for the general documentation and docbook for
papers and release notes ? but it can be the case only if we can easily
working on translations

but it is a debate that should take place into the do list...
