It doesn't seem possible to specify 'Other' on 'Which of the following
categories do these applications belong to?'. Also, it is a bit
irritating that all questions have to be answered, that you only get one
error message at a time (rather than all incorrectly filled in fields in
red) and that there is no information about how long the piece of string
is ;o) (Is it enough to remove the last dot, or do I have more than 101
characters - I'll better count them manually to find out how much to
remove).

Other than that, the survey seems fair enough.
