Is there a downloadable ISO somewhere?

Sure. I recently ported FlameRobin to FreeBSD:

You'll need to include gtk libs to use it. Just do a "ldd flamerobin" to
get the list of required files. Do you plan to release this CD to the
public soon? We prepare another release of FR that has some important
enhancements/bug fixes, so let us know.

And you could put Firefox + ibWebAdmin. I guess the same gtk libs are
needed for Firefox too.

Perhaps you could put TikiPro, or whatever it is named? Better ask
Lester about it.
