I was just thinking of + as positive and - as negative, and made a
stray comment. I know that the average max temperature of Norway will
be positive, but if you consider the average temperature at all times
(day and night/summer and winter) it may not be positive everywhere.
Though most of Europe will be warmer than here, so don't avoid Europe
for your holidays just because of what I write.
