Hi,

I know I'm a bit slow with this but what about Kylix. I don't know what
access method you are using for the delphi app. If you are using ibo then I
it would be a little harder, but if fibplus or ibx or dbexpress then no
problem. If you use kylix, no need for another language.

regards,
Kevin.

Java is an interesting option as swing has improved a lot lately.
IDEs with good form designers are also starting to appear (IDEA,
Eclipse, Netbeans...)

You forgot
9. C++ and QT
I found it very easy to use and very solid to build applications for
Mac, Linux & Windows. Also the next version (QT4) looks very
promising.
