I consider patenting

"SELECT TOP 20 * FROM Table WHERE (Table.Field1>Current Maximum

sounds equally ridiculous as patenting right mouse-clicks.

(I guess the above statement in its context means patenting
SELECT FIRST 20 SKIP 20 * FROM Table)

Wonder what those patent claims that were cancelled look like?
