Yes, the people behind Morfik seem to be fully commited to firebird. It
seems that even when the IDE/language supports other databases in the
future it wont be instead of firebird, but in addition to it. This
means that even if you want to build an app that uses MySQL, you'll be
taking firebird along for the ride. :-)
