Ummm. No application can connect to embedded through localhost. Take out
the IP address and just use the bare path. Of course, you'll have to have
the FBDoc executable in the same directory as fbembed.dll.

Better to ask tools questions on Firebird-Tools. Tools developers, it
would be appreciated if you would use the right list for your tools
announcements, thanks, then we don't get these off-topic rushes in the
wrong place....
