Sure. I'd certainly prefer it. But it also assumes that you are living on
planet earth, which the author of the article you quote clearly isn't. It's
a totally Linux byassed article but (don't get me wrong - I LOVE Linux) 90+%
of the world runs Windows. Assuming Open Office as a 'standard' for
document creation is downright ludicrous and so far off the reality planet
here.
