I just ordered this myself. I'm hoping that it's a DVD that I can play on a
DVD player, but no information about this is provided. Also if it is a DVD,
no mention of region code, PAL/NTSC compatibility, etc. was provided.

Finally when I placed the order, it didn't calculate shipping charges to the
USA for me at all.

Not exactly sure what is going on here.
