I doubt there's an automated tool (or that one can be done) that manages the
transition from DB1 to DB2 when it comes to stored procedures and triggers,
but if you want schema migration, typical CASE tools should be able to help.
For example, I once used ImportER Scripts and Dezign from www.datanamic.com
to go from Sybase to FB.
