After you subscribe Go at bottom of page

There is a text "To change your subscription (set options like digest
and delivery modes, get a reminder of your password, or unsubscribe from
Firebird-devel), enter your subscription email address:"

put your address there and press Edit Options afer that

you need to choose

*Disable mail delivery : On*
