I contacted the guys and they replied, apologising and promising to change
it ASAP.

For future reference, it's highly useful if our vigilant community members
would report infringements in this list, or to an admin member, so that the
Foundation can do the necessary things to notify and request. The
Foundation owns the trademark and, legally, it is the Foundation (via the
committee) that is required to defend it.

It's been well demonstrated that hitting the infringer from all directions
doesn't necessarily improve the level of cooperation.

However, if anyone wants to write a personal note to the fbtwo project lead
and thank him for cooperating, his name is Dario Cutillas Carrillo and his
email addy is lord_danko --AT-- users.sourceforge.net. If you know
Spanish, write in Spanish.
