Nope. When I was doing my postgrad studies, my mentor showed the
database system he created and showed few examples (something like our
employee.fdb), one of them was exactly that problem (if I remember
correctly, they did it for Ukrainian government, but that was long
time ago). That oil-drilling tasks were another contract between that
research institute and an oil company.
