Right...some of the time.
Normalization is only possible if it's apparent that fields can be broken
out.

You should see the paper all over my desk - I had to eat lunch at the same
time!!

Good feedback people! 12pm is my next lunch break - I'll revise my ER, and
see if some more NORMALIZATION is possible...;-)
