How quickly could this list, as a collection of developers/users/interested

come up with a solution for this problem?

First stage: Requirements.
Info about rooms(size, beds, features)
Info about bookings(deposit, start-end dates, checking times)
Info about payments(balance paid, ccard info, overdues, cancellations)
Info about restaurant bookings(time, seats, table, dietary requirements)
Info about complaints(noise, faulty equipment, etc)
Info about maintenance/cleaning schedules(room makeup, restocking minibar,
etc)
Info about security/vip guests (suspect guests, security personnel)
Info about billing of consumables(minibar, TV feeds, pay for view movies)
Info about End-user platform
Any more requirements?
Anyone interested?
Just want to watch the process?
