mozilla.org does seem to be trying to get mozillazine under
control, but http://texturizer.net/firebird/ has a lot of
major problems

starting on the faq.html page

1.1 What is Mozilla Firebird™?

Mozilla Firebird™ is a free, open-source web browser for
Windows and Linux and is based on the Mozilla codebase. It
is small, fast and easy to use, and offers many advantages
over Internet Explorer, such as the ability to block pop-up
windows. Read more about the browser at the Mozilla Firebird
Project Page.

Since the Mozilla 1.4 package should be out in the next few
weeks, I don't see why they can't just close down Pheonix
and spend the effort on the main release. As soon as 1.4 is
out, the style of Pheonix is going to have to be reworked
anyway to bring it back in line with the Mozilla formats.
