If it is'nt world-wide announced, I regret I said it, but it's true.
It's announced on Russian sites. Maybe "free" is not right word - when
I wanted to use IBExpert, I posted request for free registration and
got it for use with WIN1251 charset only. I posted reason for it in
previous message - throngs of our hackers have not stimulus to make
trouble for author's commerce.
