What I have done is provide samples on how you make drivers with the OptK
driver kit which is a 3rd party tool designed to make it very easy to
construct OLE DB drivers with Delphi.

There is a sample that comes with IBO that you can use to give it a try. It
works really quite well. I think it is most ideal for those who have special
requirements and they want to take more control over the driver.

My web-site has all the links and instructions you will need to check this
