Not at all. With "internals" I wanted to express, that it's for
discussion about Firebird projects or community related issues of any
kind, and less about the rest of the InterBase OSS world. For example
these website questions, I consider them of high importance, but of
course of importance for the Firebird project and its presentation,
and not for the rest of the InterBase world.

So it's for both, important and less important things which are not
already the topic of another, more specialized list. The only
criterion is, that it's about Firebird only.
