I disagree. The IBDI list is a great place to get an effort like this
started. However, just like the development work and the documentation
work, once started the bulk of the messages should move to their own list.

Most of what we have seen in the past week or two I consider clutter on
this list.

The questions should also move. If you ask a question on IBDI which is
answered on another list that is a pretty good indication that you should
have asked on the other list.
