I think that it belongs here until a group who are working on it is
formalised and a look and feed has been decided, otherwise those doing the
work will miss out on a lot of feedback.
Presumably being a "everything else" list IBDI is a good place to germinate
these things.
Also might I suggest it would probably become FBWEB :)
