It would have helped if you said what you're referring to. But since
you're talking about recent posts, I guess it's the web design
suggested by Damian, right?

1. Has Damian been with this project for some time? I don't know and
it doesn't matter I guess

2. Did I devalue his work? No. I said it's a piece of crap, and
that's what it is. Well, what it was anyways, because meanwhile it's
improving.

Sure. I'm working on that. But you please keep in mind that 1. I also
work on my spare time and 2. it's easy to be "accepted" if one
doesn't produce any comments or critics but rather limits
conversation to being nice with one another.
