Hmm, that's a point. But ok, it's an entry page which doesn't come
back once one has enterd the site.

And maybe when the pages contain content (text which fills up the
page), it looks also a bit less odd.

Suggestions are welcome!

Violation of the promotion clause (Amendments II.2) you mean? In my
opinion it must be permitted to explain the relationship between
InterBase and Firebird and therefore obviously to use the name
InterBase for that purpose. Especially on the Firebird website I
therefore don't see a problem with this.

Solution for what? For the acknowledgement required in Amendment
II.1 ? I think that must be worded just as required by the
license: "This product includes softrware developed by Borland.."
