If you get this email duplicated, then one copy was sent to you directly and
the other through the list. If you set your list preferences to NO EMAIL,
you continue being a member but receive nothing.

This list is mainly informational, handles non-technical, general topics,
important announcements, etc. Therefore, it's expected to have low traffic.
From time to time, some subject sparks a discussion.
