Article 3.something of the licence says you must make the code available
for the binary, although you have 12 months to do it. Actually, I think
Jeff is posting his untested builds at CodeCentral to help out people who
are having specific problems with IBConsole. He has said that only the
binaries on the Inprise site are certified...
