I don't know if you have problems with firewalls or what.
Almost every night I connect some minutes with my newsreaders to download
mers.interbase.list and the ib-build newsgroup, both from Mers.
Also, the emailing interface allows you to post and read from the same
mers.interbase.list NG, even if in this case, the typical indentation of a
NG is lost.
Take into account I'm using a slow dialup networking line from South
America and Mers is almost always reachable.
