Use a local connection when the server is on a local machine, not
localhost, i.e. it should be d:\path\path...\something.gdb.

I've seen them in an NT Server book...you might find them somewhere on the
Microsoft site. They aren't really very specific - something like "Network
connection fault" or similar.
