Unfortunately, it's probably telling you you should have spent the extra
$10 and bought the A-model network card. (It's not an InterBase error and
InterBase doesn't have any capability to test your hardware - it can only
tell you that something is wrong with it.)

Check out your network - especially for loose cables.

Erk, sometimes these things are really hard to find, too.
