Yes. Two files are missing from IBConsole - rich edit and extract.
Jeff Overcash is recreating extract - rich edit isn't that important.

To the best of my knowledge, those are the only two files missing
from the sources. They got lost through a long series of improbable
mistakes, followed by a disk crash.
