The download file we're pointing to from the 2000 site still has the Beta
names all over it -
ftp://ftp2.interbase.com/pub/products/beta6.0/ib_b60.zip

I *think* it's a more recent Beta, though, as it's few Kb bigger than the
one the old link was pointing to.
