Hi Jani,
There are comparison documents being produced to show the benefits of both
products, but, you simply need to look at the two and realize, IBX is BETA, and
does not fully support all of the features of IB.
IBO, is a fully mature product that not only fully supports IB, it adds alot of
functionality that saves the programmer alot of time and money.
IBX is under heavy development right now and may, in time, catch up to the
maturity of IBO. IBO has been under continous development with a great deal of
third party review. When it comes down to it, IBO simply has more field
testing and engineering hours behind it. I have used both products and ended
up buying multiple IBO licenses for our developers.
IBX may be perfect for the job you are currently working on, but, in the long
run, you will find that you will never regret buying IBO.
best regards
Dalton
