The full built tree is something over 170 MB (both debug and
non) But you should be able to build just the guardian.

After you've set everything up, just go into the iscguard directory
and
make -f makefile.lib -DDEV -DCLIENT iscguard.exe
should do the trick.
The executable will be put in ms_obj/cliend/iscguard.exe
